Inventory: food and alcohol
Separate food and bar counts on a phone. Cost of goods and variance worked out for you; line staff see the count sheet, never the costs.
AGM by Stir Hospitality
Every morning AGM reads your sales, labor, bills, inventory and reviews and tells you, in plain English, what happened and the three things that need you today. It lines up the schedule, the order, the payment and the reply. Nothing happens until you approve it.
In plain words
AGM is an AI assistant general manager for independent restaurants, made by AGM by Stir LLC (AGM by Stir Hospitality). It connects to the systems a restaurant already uses — the POS, scheduling, distributors, bank and review sites — and every morning tells the owner, in plain English, what happened yesterday and what needs attention today. It then prepares the next step (a schedule, an order, a bill payment, a review reply) and waits for the owner to approve it. AGM never pays, orders, publishes or posts on its own.
Who it's for: owners and general managers of independent restaurants, bars and small restaurant groups who want back-office help without hiring another manager. Price: $299, $599 or $999 per month per restaurant, with a 7-day free trial that includes full Pro access.

Works in a web browser on desktop, tablet and phone. Connects to Toast today; Micros, Alpha and other POS systems on request. Optional Stir Consulting add-on: $500/month.
Paying a bill, placing an order, publishing a schedule or posting publicly always stops for your approval, with your name on it.
AGM never makes up a figure. Every number is labeled fact, calculation or estimate, and anything missing says so.
Ask the way you'd ask a manager: “How's labor today?” or “Ask Maya to deep clean the walk-in by 3.”
Managers run the floor without the money screens. Staff see only their own shifts, tasks and counts.
What AGM does
The jobs that eat your nights and Sundays, handled in one place and teed up for a yes or no.
Yesterday's sales, labor against your target, what's due and what looks off — then your top three actions for today, ranked by the money at stake. On your phone before the doors open.
Build the week against your labor target and sales forecast. AGM flags overtime, conflicts, minors' hours and open shifts as you go, and staff swap and pick up shifts from their phones. Nothing publishes until you say so.
Snap a photo of an invoice and AGM reads it. See what's due, what's overdue and what an early-pay discount saves. AGM prepares the payment; you approve the amount and the method.
Tell AGM what you need, or build from par levels. It prices every line at every distributor — delivery, fees and minimums included — and drafts the cheapest order. You review it and approve it before anything is sent.
Sysco calls it “BEEF GRND 80/20 FRSH 10#”, US Foods calls it “Ground Chuck 80/20 4/5 LB”. AGM knows both are your ground beef, works out the cost per pound, and prices every recipe from the latest invoice — or the cheapest vendor, your choice.
A restaurant-standard profit and loss built from your sales, bills, payroll and counts, against last period and your plan. Every line is tagged fact, calculation or estimate, and missing pieces are flagged instead of filled in.
Separate food and bar counts on a phone. Cost of goods and variance worked out for you; line staff see the count sheet, never the costs.
Drafted in your voice, with complaints and safety issues flagged for you. You read, tweak and approve.
Social posts, email and text campaigns and posters, on a calendar, in your brand voice. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
“Ask Maya to deep clean the walk-in by 3.” She gets a notice, marks it done (with a photo if you want one), and you see it.
How it works
Pick a plan, create your owner login and turn on 2-step sign-in. You get 7 days with full Pro access — no charge until the trial ends.
AGM's setup guide walks you through linking your POS, scheduling, distributors and bank through secure hosted sessions. Toast connects today; others on request. Anything not connected is shown as missing.
Each morning AGM tells you what happened and what needs you, in plain English, ranked by what's at stake.
Open an action, check the details, approve it with your name. AGM carries it out. Anything you don't approve simply waits.

No. Figures come from your own systems. Each number is labeled fact, calculation or estimate, and anything AGM can't see is marked missing.
